What We Offer

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is an ancient healing practice rooted in traditional Chinese medicine. It involves the insertion of ultra-thin, sterile needles into specific points on the body to stimulate energy flow and encourage the body's natural healing processes. This Traditional Chinese Medicine is known for its ability to alleviate pain, reduce stress, enhance overall well-being, and promote balance in the mind and body.

Acupuncture is based on the principal that the body's Life force or vital energy (qi) circulates along meridians or pathways of energy. It is along these meridian pathways where the insertion of thin needles make it possible to influence the body's natural ability to heal. It works on the physical body as well as the energetic body, treating not only physical ailments, but emotions as well.

In addition to traditional acupuncture, we offer a range of complementary therapies to enhance your healing journey. These therapies, including cupping, gua sha, moxibustion (Moxa), and Tui Na, work synergistically with acupuncture to promote balance, alleviate pain, and improve overall well-being.

Cupping

Cupping therapy involves the use of suction to stimulate circulation, relieve muscle tension, and promote detoxification. It's often used to address pain and tension in the back, neck, and shoulders.

Moxabustion

Moxa involves burning dried mugwort near acupuncture points to stimulate healing and balance energy flow. It can be immensely effective for many conditions, including digestive issues and menstrual discomfort.

Gua Sha

Gua sha is a technique that involves scraping the skin with a smooth-edged tool. This promotes blood flow, reduces inflammation, and releases tension, making it effective for treating muscle pain and stiffness.

Tui Na

Tui Na is a Chinese massage therapy that involves various manual techniques, including acupressure, stretching, and joint manipulation. It's used to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and address specific health concerns.
